Shipping to Canada typically takes 1-2 days regardless it is Overnight service (Must be). The shipment timing depends on how fast Canadian Border Agency clear the shipment. You should not be worried about the fish as our professional packaging will help the fish stay comfortable in the bag for 2+ days, we are well-prepared!

Thank you for choosing to shop with us. We value our Canadian customers and aim to offer a seamless shopping experience. This Canada Purchase Policy outlines important information regarding tax responsibilities and payment procedures for orders shipped to Canada.

Taxation Policy

Due to ongoing work on implementing CTA (Canadian Tax Account) capabilities on our website, tax calculations will not be automatically applied at checkout. After you place an order, a separate tax invoice will be sent to your registered email address.

Note: Failure to pay your tax invoice may resulted in your order will be delayed or cancelled. When cancelling, our cancellation policy with cancellation fee will be applied.

How It Works:

  1. Place Your Order: Complete your purchase as usual through our online checkout process.
  2. Tax Invoice: After your order is placed, we will calculate the applicable GST/HST/PST based on your shipping address. You will receive an email containing your tax invoice within 24-48 hours.
    • Payment of Tax Invoice: The tax invoice must be paid before your order can be shipped. Instructions on how to pay will be included in the email.

  3. E-Sign your Canada Pets Ownership Declaration paper
  4. Shipping: Once the tax invoice is paid, e-signed is completed, your order will be processed for shipping.
    • Default Shipping Service: FedEx International Priority
    • Default Shipping Departure Day: Weekly on Monday
    • Arrival Day: This could be following Tuesday, or Weds depends on how fast FedEx transportation and Canada Import Custom Clearance.


Tax Rates
